Development of the World’s Highest-Field NMR Instrument (1020 MHz)

A research team consisting of NIMS, RIKEN, Kobe Steel, Ltd., and JEOL Resonance Inc. has successfully developed an ultra-high-field NMR system capable of generating a magnetic field at 1020 MHz—the highest in the world. This achievement was realized as part of JST program for the development of advanced measurement and analytical instruments, specifically the “Development of Ultra 1 GHz NMR Systems.”
