Please stand with your poster during the following core time and feel free to view the posters during the other breaks.

  • Poster panel will be allocated to each poster presentation.
  • Please find your number and put your poster on the panel before the session.
  • Pushpins will be provided to each presenter on site.
  • Posters must be written in English.
  • Size of each panel is 90cm (width) x 210cm (height).
  • Poster can be posted from 9:30 in the morning of Monday, November 6 and must be removed by 19:15 on Tuesday, November 7 after the core time.
  • All presenters must register for NIMS Award Symposium 2023 at the following official website.
