We have installed an ultra-thin film deposition system for fabricating AI devices using various materials.
We have introduced an ultra-thin film deposition system for fabricating AI devices using various materials. This system consists of a sputtering chamber, an atomic layer deposition (ALD) chamber, a reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) analysis chamber, a molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) chamber, a load lock chamber and an automated sample transfer chamber.
