Theory on Nonlocal Spin-Entangled Electron Pairs

Two MANA scientists proposed a new theory on nonlocal spin-entangled electron pairs. The research paper has been published in Physical Review Letters, and the design of Cooper-pair splitter was selected as the cover of the issue. Using the state-of-the-art nanotechnology, it is possible to generate and to manipulate electron pairs in spin-entangled state. This result may open a new route for implementation of high-speed quantum computation and quantum teleportation.
