Dr. Katsunori Wakabayashi, MANA Independent Scientist, received the Young Scientist's Prize for the Commendation of Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) on April 13, 2010. The award was given for his work on nano-scale effect on electronic properties of graphene.
