Recruitment for Collaborative Research

Search of Genes Using DNA Microarrays
Applications for Nanoparticle Drug Delivery Systems (DDS)

Our group is recruiting for collaborative research in the two areas below:

1.Search of Genes Using DNA Microarrays
2.Applications for Nanoparticle Drug Delivery Systems (DDS)

1.Search of Genes Using DNA Microarrays

The collaborative research on comprehensive genetic analysis using DNA microarrays makes it possible to analyze both cultured cells and tissues. It is also possible to use laser micro dissection to analyze a target section after the cell is cut open. We also carry out comprehensive analysis of proteins using quantitative analysis of liquid chromatography.

Our two main themes of research are as follows:

Collaborative Research on Discovery Genomics

●Research on disease mechanisms using comprehensive analysis of genetic expression
●Research on search of genes using comprehensive analysis of genetic expression

Collaborative research on Evaluation of Biomaterials

●In vitro evaluation of biomaterials using comprehensive analysis of genetic expression

2.Applications for Nanoparticle Drug Delivery Systems (DDS)

This collaborative research focuses on applications toward creating nanoparticle nucleic acid drug carriers. We are conducting research projects that range from evaluating cellular toxicity to understanding interaction mechanisms.
