The location is room 417, Advanced Structural Materials Research Building 4F, NIMS Sengen site. (Area E)

When you arrive at the Sengen area, please fill out the entry procedures at the guard room located at the entrance gate.

1. Please fill in your name and contact information on the Visitation Form 1 in advance and prepare one printed copy.
2. Please submit the visitor's form 1 to the guard station.
   In case you forget to do so, the same visiting form is available at the guard station, and you may fill it out on the spot, but it may be crowded depending on the time, so we recommend that you prepare in advance.
3. Please present your ID (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.).
   ※If you do not present it, you will not be allowed to enter the building in principle.
4. You will be given a temporary entrance pass and entrance/parking permit at the guard station.
5. When you leave the building, please return your temporary entrance pass and parking permit to the security guard. Or, please put them in the card key return box at the entrance of the Sengen Research Main Building.

After receiving your ID card at the security guard, please go to the elevator hall on the 4th floor of the Advanced Structural Materials Research Building and call the extension of each researcher.
