Heat flux sensor which enables us to detect heat flow more accurately and faster than usual thermometer is very promising device to realize efficient thermal management based on the concept of Society 5.0. However, current commercially available heat flux sensor based on Seebeck effect has a critical issue in its large thermal resistance. Therefore, heat flux sensor having ultra low thermal resistance is required
