OUTLINE

Sensing function such as sensitivity, selectivity, response etc. can be improved through controlling of geometry and assembly of materials. The aim of our activities is the development of high-controllable bottom-up process for nano-powder assembly and ultra thin mm synthesis to realize novel sensor devices. We explore the potential of developing materials for sensor, specifically, creating 3D structure of nano-powders and ultra thin films, and searching novel method of their compositional controlling essential for sensor applications.
