Application for SPring-8 Facilities
This application is to make visit-arrangements;
(1) Reservation for safety training, and to receive your User Card and Dosimeter
(2) Guest House reservation
Please register for all team members via the SPring-8 UI website.

NOTE
- It is recommeded that you complete this application as early as possible. The SPring-8 Guest House rooms may be fully booked.
- Registration for all team members including the BL15XU staff are required. Concerning who of the BL15XU staff members will attend your experiments, please ask your contact staff in advance.
- For the BL15XU staff, please fill in the information as the following; Set the date and time of arrival and departure corresponding to your beamtime.

- Put a check mark for "NO NEED FOR GUEST HOUSE RESERVATION".
- Upon determination of your arrival time, please consider the below <Upon Your Arrival>.
- In case of any change, please inform the BL15XU Office. Changes cannot be made via web.
For those who have several Beamtimes and wish to reserve the Guest House throughout your stay
For those who have several Beamtimes and wish to reserve the Guest House throughout your stay, please make Guest House reservation as follows to avoid duplicate reservations.
- For your first beamtime, reserve the Guest House for your whole stay.
- For the remaining beamtimes, check the box for "NO NEED FOR GUEST HOUSE RESERVATION" and notify that you have already made reservations through another beamtime in the message box.
For those who wish to stay in a twin room in the Guest House
From April 1, 2012, twin rooms in the Guest House are available.
From the term 2017B, online application is available to request the twin room reservation and assigning members.
If you wish to apply for twin rooms, please select the twin room number(s) from "Set of Twin Rooms" each of the two members.
