| NIMS is recruiting Ph.D students for the joint graduate school of NIMS
and the Hokkaido University (http://www.nims.go.jp/hokudai_chem/).
NIMS will award for all admitted Ph.D students as NIMS Junior Researcher,
who will receive a monthly stipend. The daily education and research will

| In our laboratory (Prof. Dr. Jinhua Ye, Associate Prof. Dr. Tetsuya Kako),
we are challenging to the research and development of nano-structured semiconductor
materials with novel photo-induced functionalities (photocatalyst, etc),
and their applications in the fields of environment preservation and new
