“Materials Fabrication and Analysis Platform” supports various research and development by sharing NIMS state-of-the-art equipment for broad research communities in industry, academia, and government.
The engineers of the platform are experts, who not only provide operational supports of the equipment but also realize to solve research problems faced by users. We aim to contribute for enhancing the activity in the research field of materials science and technology in Japan throughout our research supports.
We also participate in “Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials and Nanotechnology in Japan” of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), and contribute to innovative materials developments through the data-driven research with accurate data measured by NIMS state-of-the-art equipment.
In addition, technical trainings and seminars are served regularly for developing user skills and promoting the human exchange.
