Advance online registration is now closed.

We look forward to your participation on the day.
Registration will also be accepted on the day, so if you would like to participate, please come directly to the reception desk at the venue (3F Convention Hall 300).

Important Notes

  • Participants who wish to give a poster presentation must also submit a presentation title and abstract through the poster sessionpage.
  • The NIMS Award Reception will be held in the evening. Everyone who has pre-registered is invited and encouraged to attend.
  • NIMS staff should bring their NIMS ID cards on site.
