  The Science and Technology Promotion Foundation of Ibaraki (President: Dr. Leo Esaki) has announced that Dr. Ken-ichi Uchida, Distinguished Group Leader of Spin Caloritronics Group, is a recipient of "The Tsukuba Encouragement Prize 2022 (Young Researchers)".

  The award is for his fundamental research on "spin caloritronics".
