For the first time in the world, Dr. Ken-ichi Uchida, Dr. Ryo Iguchi, and their collaborators observed an anisotropic magneto-Peltier effect—a thermoelectric conversion phenomenon in which simple redirection of a charge current in a magnetic material induces heating and cooling.
