 A book "Heusler Alloys"(edited by Claudia Felser, Atsufumi Hirohata) has been published by Springer. The book is one of the series entitled "Springer Series in Materials Science" which covers the complete spectrum of materials physics, including fundamental principles, physical properties, materials theory and design.

 In the book, the chapter #12, #16, #17 are authored by members of Research Center for Magnetic and Spintronic Materials (CMSM).

 The chapter titles and authors are as follows;

Chapter #12; "Spin Polarization in Heusler Alloy Films" by Yukiko K. Takahashi and Kazuhiro Hono.

Chapter #16; "Giant Magnetoresistive Devices with Half-Metallic Heusler Compounds" by Yuya Sakuraba and Koki Takanashi.

Chapter #17; "Magnetic Tunnel Junctions Using Heusler Alloys" by Seiji Mitani.
