The 221st Meeting of the JSPS 133rd Committee on "Microstructure and functional properties of materials" was hosted by Kazuhiro Hono and Tadakatsu Ohkubo. In this meeting, we reviewed recent activities on the applications of the three dimensional atom probe technique in Japan.
