Research on the Development of a Materials Risk Information Platform for Safe Use of Materials started in April 2001 as a five-year plan.

 With the National Institute for Materials Science as the core promoter, this research project is being implemented by various members, including research institutes, corporations, and academic institutes. Research results are linked to the Materials Risk Information Platform for public disclosure.
