1. 面会票のご提示（※事前登録がお済みでない方）
   NIMS職員による事前登録がお済みでない方は、正門守衛所に「面会票1」をご提出ください。登録済みの方は➁へ。
   ※ 守衛所に同じ面会票がありますので、その場で記載いただいても結構ですが、時間によっては混雑しますので、事前の準備をお勧めします。
2. 身分証の提示
   守衛所にて身分証（社員証、運転免許証、健康保険証など）をご提示ください。
   ※ ご提示いただけない場合は、原則、入構をお断りしております。
3. 入構証のお渡し
   一時入構証をお渡しいたします。お車でお越しの場合には、入構・駐車許可証もお渡しいたしますので、お車にご提示してください。
4. 入構証のご返却
   退出時に一時入構証、入構・駐車許可証を、守衛所または返却ボックス（共同研究棟　正面玄関）にご返却ください。

居室はM-cube棟、共同研究棟となります。守衛所にて入構証をお受け取りになられましたら、各研究者の内線までご連絡ください。

Entry Procedures (English)

1. Submission of Visitor Form（for visitors who have not pre-registered）
   For visitors who have not completed pre-registration, please submit "Visitor Form 1" at the main gate security office. The same form is available at the security office and can be filled out on-site; however, it may be crowded depending on the time, so we recommend preparing it in advance.
2. Presentation of Identification
   Please present a form of identification (e.g., employee ID, driver's license, health insurance card) at the security office. If you are unable to present identification, entry will generally be denied.
3. Issuance of Entry Pass
   You will be issued a temporary entry pass. If you arrive by car, you will also receive an entry and parking permit, which must be displayed in your vehicle.
4. Return of Entry Pass
   Upon leaving, please return the temporary entry pass and the entry/parking permit to the security office or to the return box (located at the main entrance of the Collaborative Research Building).

The offices are located in the M-Cube Building and the Collaborative Research Building. After receiving your entry pass at the security office, please contact the respective researcher using their internal extension number.
