For the shift of materials technology from mass production-consumption-disposal era to recycling -base dematerialized era of the 21st century, the Ecomaterials Center investigates

• material's life-cycle design and processing technologies which can support the sustainable society
• scientific basis of effective integration and application technologies for materials with higher resource-productivity
• the guideline of R&D and utilization of Ecomaterials .

For our facing problem:
     Investigation of environmentally benign materials-technology which brings appropriate application of materials for "Reduce, Reuse and Recycling" to relieve the environmental burden.

For our future:
     Scientific inquiry of new superior function materials with higher resource-productivity which can support the massive incensement of global industrialization needs.
