Japanese Drum Class -Wadaiko-
Within the Japanese culture class program, "Wadaiko" lessons led by Ushiku Kappa Daiko group were held at NIMS gym
on September 10 and 13, 2010. As the final lesson, 16 participants presented an excellent Wadaiko-drumming performance at the Ninomiya House Summer Festival on September 17. The audience couldn't imagine that the participants didn't have any experience to play Wadaiko before the Culture Class.
