An International Standard IEC 61788-26:2020 entitled “Superconductivity – Part 26: Critical current measurement – DC critical current of RE-Ba-Cu-O composite superconductors” was published on June 11th, 2020. This international standard was based on results of an international round robin test (RRT), which was promoted by VAMAS TWA 16 (Superconducting Materials). The international RRT, in which 10 laboratories from China, France, Italy, South Korea, and Japan participated, was led by Dr. Nishijima (NIMS).
