The structural information described in file07.dat can be visualized using VESTA.
The time evolution of the structure described in file09p.dat can be viewed with VMD by converting the file using pos-conv.f90 or pos-conv.sh.
The time development of thermodynamic quantities can be plotted using mxd-hist.sh if you have gnuplot installed.
