The registration should be done by completing the registration form and performing the payment of the corresponding conference fee.

Two payment options are available, either via Bank Transfer or by Credit Card. Information to perform the payment is included in the registration form. Participants who register after the 21st of June 2014 have to pay their registration fee by bank transfer. Participants who register after the 22nd of July 2014 have to pay their registration fee by cash at the conference site.

When making use of a bank transfer for the payment, any handling fees of the banks involved in the transaction must be born by the attendee. A final payment of an amount below the established fee will not be accepted.

No registration will be effective until the receipt of the registration payment has been acknowledged. After the registration has been made effective, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the organization with your registration number. If you have performed the payment and do not received a confirmation e-mail from the organization within 15 days, please contact us.

The payment invoice will be provided to the attendee at the registration desk of the conference.

Fees

Regular and student fees include participation in both the NC-AFM 2014 conference and the satellite symposium, coffee breaks, commercial exhibition, welcome party, conference dinner and excursion. The fee for an accompanying person only includes the welcome party, conference dinner and the excursion.
