Payment for Banquet fees can be made via credit card or bank transfer through the website. The charge will be made in JPY according to the currency exchange rate on the actual day of the transaction.
Bank charges should be paid by the participant when making the bank transfer.

*Cancellation Policy
Refund of Banquet Fees will be as follows:
Until Feb. 23, 2014 - full refund (minus bank charges)
From Feb. 24, 2014 - no refund
