Takashi Tsuchiya Group Leader (Neuromorphic Devices Group), Wataru Namiki Researcher (Ionic Devices Group), and Sota Hikasa NIMS Junior Researcher (Neuromorphic Devices Group) received the Outstanding Achievement Award under the Advanced Research Infrastructure for Materials and Nanotechnology in Japan (ARIM) program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).The award ceremony was held on January 28, 2026, at the 26th International Nanotechnology Exhibition and Conference.
