Abstract
Talk 1
The integration of spin–orbit torque (SOT) materials with low switching current density and high thermal stability is essential for advanced spintronic devices. Here, we demonstrate Ni30W70 alloys as promising SOT materials. Ni30W70/CoFeB devices exhibit out-of-plane switching at a critical current density of 1.78 MA/cm2, together with a thermal stability factor of 57.9 and an anisotropy field of 8500 Oe. The Ni30W70 layer also maintains a stable body-centered cubic structure over a wide processing-temperature range, indicating compatibility with back-end-of-line semiconductor processes. These results establish Ni30W70 as a promising material for energy-efficient and thermally stable spintronic devices.
Talk 2
This presentation provides an overview of Cyntec and its technology development activities in magnetic components. It introduces current inductor core technologies, recent application trends, and emerging requirements for next-generation inductors. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of magnetic powders and powder cores and their application to inductors. The presentation also discusses future research directions in magnetic materials to meet evolving industrial needs.
