Outline |
This system is capable of elemental analysis of surface species by analyzing photoelectrons emitted by hard X-ray excitation. This system is equipped with a monochromatic micro-focused Cr Kα source. It enables chemical analysis of elements in a deeper region (> 10 ㎚) than conventional XPS. The system is connected to an Ar filled glove box to avoid moisture/air exposure of samples during transfer. |
