◆Background◆
To detect deep defects in conductive materials, to measure the fetal-MCG signals, or to construct nano-magnetic biosensor for cancer diagnose, pT (10-12 Tesla) level high sensitive magnetic sensors operating at room temperature are needed.
◆Aim◆
We will develop small-size high-sensitivity MI magnetic sensor with the magnetic field resolution of better than 1 pT/Hz; and we will also use the MI sensor to detect deep defect, to measure the fetal-MCG signal and to construct biomagnetic sensor for cancer diagnose.
