FIB/SEM精密微細加工装置 (Helios 650)が公開されました。当面は既に操作できる方と技術代行のみの利用となります。感染対策のため、当面は新規利用の講習（技術補助）は行えませんので技術代行でご依頼ください。
FIB/SEM microfabrication instrument (Helios 650) has been released. For the time being, only those who already know well how to operate the system will be able to use it.
Please note that due to infection control measures, we will not be able to offer beginner classes (Technical Support), so please use Technical Surrogate service.
