About Registration:
Please complete and send the registration form enclosed in the envelope
by fax to the Registration Desk or make on line register on web-site
by April 21, 2002.

- Payment by Bank Transfer (only for the participants from within Japan)
Please transfer the applicable registration fee to the following account.
For BANK TRANSFER be sure to remit the fees between April 1 and May 15, 2002.

Note 1. No personal checks or other forms of cash equivalent will be accepted.
Note 2. All the payments should be made inJapanese yen.
Note 3. ASIDE FROM THE TOTALAMOUNT, attendees should pay all currency exchange, handling
and remittance fees, if applicable.
Note 4. No payment by credit card is acceptable on the conference day at conference site.
Cancellation & Refunds
To cancel your registration, a written cancellation form must be sent
to the ICASS 2002 Registration Desk. Once the registration fee
is paid through bank transfer, no cancellation is acceptable and no
refund can be made on / after April 21. If the payment is made through
credit card, no cancellation is acceptable on / after April 21.
