Application

 As it has been announced in the 1st and 2nd circulars, the Iron and Steel Institute Japan will publish a special issue of the ISIJ Internationalon "Advanced Structural Steels" in December 2002. Since the scope of the special issue is closely related to that of ICASS, the conference organization committee recommends that all authors submit their papers for this issue. 
If you wish to submit a paper/(s) to the ISIJ International Special Issue, please fill in this form and send it together with your Extended Abstract by March 15, 2002.

 The deadline for the submission of manuscripts to the special issue is May 24, 2002. Manuscripts should confirm to the requirements of ISIJ International and should not exceed ten printed pages for Regular Article and three printed pages for Note.
