Symposium B-4: "Photonic Nano-materials"
Co-organized by The Electrochemical Society of Japan
Scope
The concept of "Photonic Nano-materials" is rather new but one of the most promising research fields in nano-materials science in which various molecules, macromolecules, and nano-sized objects are ingeniously and hierarchically assembled to construct and fabricate a wide variety of nano-objects. The key of this symposium is just an interplay or correlation between photon and nano-materials. This symposium will treat the following wide subjects including bold and fascinating attempts and discuss the photon-correlated molecular systems and materials with their future possibility. Studies of theory, synthesis, processing, and wide applications related to the photonic nano-materials are also welcome.
Topics
* Integrated Molecular Circuitry
* Supramolecular Assembly
* Photonic Nano-materials
* Nano-structured Materials
* Particle-array Materials
* Modified Interfaces and Microelectrode
* Molecular Functional Materials
