Symposium A-6: "Scanning Probe Nanotechnology"

Scope
In the process of applying nanoscale science and technology, scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and scanning probe microscopy (SPM) are making crucial contributions. We here focus on nanoscale science and technology based on STM/SPM, which includes new techniques of SPM, noble approaches for nanotechnology applications, smart ideas of atom-molecular interconnects, and progresses in molecular-devise sciences. Invited lectures, oral presentations, and poster presentations will be presented.

Topics
* Scanning tunneling microscopy/Scanning probe microscopy
* Nanostructure fabrication
* Atom-molecule manipulation
* Molecular devices
* Surface and/or interface science and technolpgy in nanoscale resolution
* Other nanoscale theoretical and experimental researches related to scanning probe microscopy
