Science is comparison. We believe this is the strongest logic. We design experiments that isolate variables and let the data speak.

Build it yourself. We construct our own measurements and analysis tools to conduct unique research and understand principles deeply, rather than relying on black-box solutions.

Less is more. Keep things simple. We favor fewer, rigorous studies over high-volume output. Depth over speed, craftsmanship over volume.

Be transparent. Open methods, honest data, credit where it’s due. We share our work so others can reproduce and build on it.

Collaborate as one group. We share knowledge and assist each other beyond our own projects, and welcome external collaborators. We practice diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) so everyone can contribute fully.
