2D Optoelectronics

We investigate the electrical control of excitonic properties in two-dimensional materials by combining cutting-edge micro/nanofabrication techniques with quantum nanostructures. We focus on understanding carrier dynamics, energy transfer mechanisms, and light–matter interactions to manipulate excitonic behavior through external electric fields.
