JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship for Research in Japan (Short-term): Call for FY2026 & FY2027
The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) is accepting applications for the Postdoctoral Fellowship for Research in Japan (Short-term). This program provides PhD students and PhD researchers from Europe and North America with opportunities to conduct collaborative research under the guidance of a host researcher at Japanese universities and research institutions for one to twelve months.
Candidates who have never conducted research at a university or research institution in Japan are preferred.
Eligibility
Applicants must belong to one of the following countries or regions: United States, Canada, European Union member states, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or Russia.
