Eight master's course students from IIT Hyderabad visit NIMS
2024.12.18
From Sunday, December 1 to Saturday, December 7, eight master's course students from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (IITH), stayed at NIMS as part of the JST Sakura Science Program, and mainly visited the laboratories of NIMS researchers who also serve as faculty members of the NIMS Joint Graduate School. During the stay, they also visited laboratories related to the NIMS Joint Graduate School at the partner universities, Tsukuba University and Institute of Science Tokyo (Ookayama Campus and Suzukakedai Campus, former TITECH), on the afternoon of the 3rd (Tuesday) and the 4th (Wednesday) December, respectively.
When they leave for their hometown Hyderabad, most of them told us that they would definitely like to come back to NIMS and conduct research here.
We look forward to seeing the students again at NIMS as doctoral students in coming years.
