the series of All-Russia annual workshops, will take place in the ancient
Russian city

intended number of participants is about 50 persons.
Accommodation and meals will be provided
in a sanatorium located in picturesque place about 20 km from

Short
abstract (about half page) of your paper should be sent together with the
Registration form.
The Organizing Committee will inform the
contributing authors about whether their papers have been included in the
Workshop program not later than
Extended abstracts will be published in
the Proceedings Volume by the beginning of the Workshop. The paper about 3
pages (Word for Windows6.0/7.0; Times New Roman 12; spacing 1,5;
top and bottom margin 2 cm, left and right 3 cm) should be e-mailed to the
Organizing Committee not later than
Full-length papers will be published in a special issue of the "Physics of low-dimensional structures" Journal.
