When using equipment registered by NIMS as shared equipment, the user must agree to the terms and conditions.
Be sure to read it before using the equipment.
Use that does not include development or for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Apply for use
Apply for use based on the agreement reached in the consultation.
“ユーザー登録 (Register a user)” and “利用申請 (Application for use)” from the NOF application system.

Use of facilities and equipment
You choose between the following two methods of use.
Equipment Utilization
Users operate the device themselves.
Technical substitution
Users request analysis and processing from the engineers of NIMS.

Your information may not be output automatically immediately after you get your number because it is not reflected in the system, at which time you should fill it out manually.

Pay the fee
You choose from two methods of payment: monthly or lump sum.
Please let us know which you prefer during the consultation.

Submit a report
Prepare a report on the NOF system and submit it within one month after the end of use.
Usage reports will be treated as non-public samples.
Please publish acknowledgements when you present your paper
When presenting the results obtained by using NOF in a paper or at a conference, please include an acknowledgement.
