Semiconductor Materials Field
Semiconductor Materials Field

Semiconductor materials field is a newly established field at MANA. In 2025, we conducted research on two-dimensional semiconductors, oxide semiconductors, novel Group IV semiconductors, and plasmonic materials, and also advanced the development of theoretical analysis methods for the structure and function of these new materials. Furthermore, regarding novel device applications, we conducted on neuromorphic devices and multi-valued logic devices, as well as the back-end technologies used in these devices.
