At the AAAS 2013 Annual Meeting on February 14-18 in Boston, USA, the World Premier International Research Center Initiative (WPI) and Japan's Science Ministry (MEXT) will host a joint exhibition booth to present their latest research activities and international environment at six WPI centers. In addition, MEXT and WPI will organize a workshop entitled "Japan: your next career destination?"

The WPI booth, co-organized by MEXT and six leading WPI centers including MANA, is located in the Japan Pavilion and will open on February 15-17. It shows the latest progress in various research fields at the WPI centers together with the effort to create an open and international research environment.

The workshop is held in room 205 at Hynes Convention Center on February 15, 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm. It aims to present three of the most important academic organizations in Japan: RIKEN, the University of Tsukuba, and WPI, which all offer exciting career opportunities to foreign researchers.

Both the Japan Pavilion and the workshop are open to all meeting attendees.
