Abstract

Application of pressure on materials induces changes of the magnetic/electronic interaction in them, and give rise to electronic state different from that under ambient pressure. Aiming at detecting and evaluating the change, we developed apparatus and method for DC magnetization measurement which can be used in commercial SQUID magnetometer. [1] Additionally, by reexamining the structure of the cell, we newly developed high pressure cell with better performance, especially in the stability of the generated pressure. In the presentation, I’d like to introduce these developments together.
