Five years in NIMS: Researching Si crystal growth process for PV application

In this talk I would like to summarize my research from the last five years here at NIMS and my achievements during my stay in ICYS. Focus will be on defect and dislocation control in the bulk silicon crystal growth process for photovoltaic (solar) application. Finally I would like to use a few minutes to introduce my new working place.
