Theoretical Study on TMR Oscillation Led by Senior Researcher Masuda Published in Physical Review B (Letter) and Selected as Editor's Suggestion

A research team led by Keisuke Masuda (Senior Researcher) and Yoshio Miura (Special Researcher) has proposed a new theory explaining the oscillation of the tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) ratio with respect to the thickness of the insulating layer, a phenomenon relevant to magnetic memory applications. This achievement has been published in Physical Review B (Letter) and selected as an Editor’s Suggestion. (Masuda et al., 2025)
