The most important factor that determines the outcome of scientific endeavor is not money, nor advanced equipment, but quality of researchers involved. A brilliant brain may do more than what a whole building of advanced equipment or millions of dollars can do. However, genius is not in-born; it is cultivated through eternal love of science and hard work, especially during young age.  We welcome excellent young researchers and new PhDs to join our research program as postdoctoral fellows; we also welcome excellent MS or PhD students to join. We assure them of chance for doing good science, which is important for their scientific career. Since our research program is quite interdisciplinary, we welcome excellent people of different background, ranging from physics, materials science to chemistry. If you are interested in joining us and you have confidence to do good research, please contact Dr. Xiaobing REN at REN.Xiaobing@nims.go.jp
