Qualification
  • The applicant should (or is expected to) have a Ph.D. degree.
  • The applicant should be interested in data extraction from literatures. We ignore specialized field of the applicants.
  • The knowledge of data processing and language processing is required.
  • The applicant is expected to have skills on programming.
  • The applicant should have enthusiasm for work and cooperative spirit.
We especially welcome applications from candidates with the following qualities and experience
  • Worked in the development of materials such as magnets
Starting Date As soon as possible after February 1st, 2023
Term From the date of employment until March 31, 2023(Extension possible up to 5 years depending on his/her performance)
Work Place National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Namiki-site
Work Hours 7 hours 45 minutes a day (negotiable as the flex-time system)
Holiday Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and other days as determined by NIMS
Salary / Supply Followed by NIMS regulations.(National Insurance is included.)
Insurance Health insurance, employee pension insurance, unemployment insurance, and workers' accident compensation insurance are applicable. (Due to a legal revision, medical insurance is scheduled to be changed from health insurance to National Public Service Mutual Aid Association Short-Term Insurance in October 2022.)
