Title
An absolute measurements of AES and SE; those have been done, being performing, and not been resolved
Abstract
The absolute AES and SE measurements were originated in one of the VAMAS-SCA project in Japan. The first work was a round robin experiments which had been led by NPL. We discussed about the results and determined to make an electron energy analyzer (CMA) to obtain an absolute spectrum to solve the diverged results. The prototype of the measuring system was designed and constructed in Nagoya Institute of Technology and preliminary results were obtained. Then after the system was transferred to AIST, where the transmission faction of the CMA was successfully determined. This work was the most difficult one in the course of the project. In March of 2018 the whole system was transferred to NIMS and are performing as before. Unresolved themes are work-function and identification of the obtained spectra including those observed in the slow SE.
