Job Summary

A post doc position on finite element micromagnetic simulation and materials informatics of permanent magnets. Strong background on magnetism and micromagnetic simulations are required. The ability to establish collaborations with experimentalists is also required.

Qualification Ph.D. in physics, applied physics or materials science
Starting Date October 2020 (negotiable)
Term 1 year (renewable up to 5 years with annual evaluation)
Work Place NIMS Sengen Site (Tsukuba City, Ibaraki)
Work Hours 7 hours 45 minutes(8:30-17:15) a day or Discretionary labor system, 5 days a Week*8 hours 15 minutes a day for Discretionary labor system
Holiday Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays and New Year holidays
Salary / Supply Competitive salary depending on prior experience. Followed by NIMS Regulations. Social Insurance is included.
