Dr. Ajayan Vinu at MANA had received　Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Research Award

(Nov.11, 2010) Dr. Ajayan Vinu, Independent Scientist of MANA, had received　Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Research Award from Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. The Foundation was established in Germany 1953. This award is highly prestigious, and the award amount is 45000 Euro. Award winners are honoured for their outstanding research and invited to spend a period of up to one year cooperating on a research project with specialist colleagues at a research institution in Germany. The award has been granted to Dr. Vinu in recognition of his past accomplishments in research and teaching, and the award ceremony will be held at the end of March, 2011.
